Rest assured, you're covered! The ski area undertakes to reimburse the holder of a season pass covered by the Covid guarantee in the following cases:

The ski area is closed by decision of the competent authorities for reasons related to COVID.
The ski pass holder cannot access the ski area following a confinement decision (local* or national) decided by the competent authorities and in conjunction with the COVID.

Reimbursement will be made on the basis of the following scale:

If the ski area has been open for less than 30 days during the winter due to one of the guaranteed cases, a refund of 75% of the purchase price will be made.
If the ski area has only been open between 31 and 60 days during the winter, due to one of the guaranteed cases, 50% of the purchase price will be refunded.
If the ski area has only been open between 61 and 80 days during the winter, due to one of the guaranteed cases, a refund of 25% of the purchase price will be made.
If the ski area has been open for more than 80 days during the winter, no refund will be made.

*Proof of address may be required in the case of local confinement.

Note: the isolation of the holder in case of virus contraction or quarantine cannot be taken into account in the calculation of the refund.
